Our Mission

Our mission at Eva's Closet and Foundation (ECF) is to provide assistance to people in need, regardless of situation or circumstance, without judgement. We fulfill this mission by serving more than 1,500 individuals each month who are suffering from homelessness, poverty, and other risk factors in Southwest Florida. ECF provides necessities to clients at no cost, including, but not limited to, clothing, shoes, hygiene items, baby supplies, food, household supplies, and school supplies, with grace honor and respect.

ECF was established in 2016 by Jessica Goodall, MSW. ECF is named after Jessica’s great Aunt, Eva Engel, who was the founder of a shelter for abused women in Worcester, Massachusetts.

What We Do

Eva's Closet, in conjunction with Eva's Foundation, provides necessities & essential items to individuals & families in need  in SWFL with grace, honor, & respect. Eva's supplies clothing, shoes, household goods, food, toiletries, & baby supplies at no cost. Eva's aids the local public school system in providing school uniforms & clothing to homeless and transient families. Eva's partners with other local non-profit organizations in SWFL to assist in ensuring the basic needs of their clients are met.

Services Offered

  • Eva's provides direct case management services and basic necessities to clients.

  • Clients may visit Eva's by appointment.

  • Eva's can arrange for your business to run a donation collection drive.
